Pain is a sign that something is wrong.

Meet John Ellis, LMT

If we ignore the pain, typically it just gets worse—very seldom does it just "go away." Ignoring an injury to the body usually leads to further damage and feeling worse. The sooner you take action, the faster and easier it is for injured or overused muscles to respond to treatment.

Massage therapy is one of the best tools we can use to release muscle tension and to bring self-awareness to the body. Discovering the areas of the body where you have discomfort or pain can help you to understand what is happening in your body. Once you understand your body's areas of concern, you can try alternative methods of movement, exercise, or treatment to maintain a better balance of the body. I am very passionate about helping all of my clients feel better and to bring them an understanding of their bodies.

Due to my own injuries, I realized how powerful massage therapy is. That experience inspired me to pursue massage therapy so that I can bring those benefits to others. For over five years, I have been practicing massage therapy in Kalispell and Coram, Montana. Recently, I transitioned to the newly renovated Cedar Palace Medical Center in the heart of Columbia Falls. We are very lucky to have a full-service medical complex so close to Glacier Park.

John is awesome and very professional! If you’re in search of a good thorough massage that actually helps your sports/medical needs look no further!
